We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If Herbies is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered — even if the product has been opened and used.

How to Start a Return

Email us at yuji08160303@gmail.com with your order number and the name on the order. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns received without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error — a wrong, damaged or defective item — we cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under the 30-day guarantee above.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items sold as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Your Statutory Rights (United Kingdom)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund. This right is in addition to the 30-day guarantee described above and nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights.
