Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are unable to deliver to other countries at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options and Costs

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

  • Royal Mail — Free. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Express + Insurance — £4.90. Faster dispatch and estimated delivery of 1–2 business days after dispatch, and includes cover for your purchase against damage, theft or loss.

Delivery times are estimates measured from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email containing tracking details once it has been dispatched. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Delays

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Adverse weather, carrier disruption and peak periods can cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further shipping charge may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. Where an order is dispatched from outside the United Kingdom, any import duties or handling fees charged by customs are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
